*** On Sunday lots of our ASR members are doing the Bispham 10 miler to support and raise money for MNDA. To support their efforts Howard Tempest shall be hosting a coffee n cakes morning after ASR parkrun takeover on Saturday 17th March. 10am till 12 am. It would be great if some of you can join us in supporting this great cause whilst enjoying cakes and good company.
