New groups

We now have two main running groups.

Group 1:
- Suitable for those who have run before and wish to return
- Those who have already done a couch 2 5k and want to progress
- Those who are returning from injury
- Those that wish to run and have a basic level of fitness

Group 2:
- Suitable for progressing from Group 1
- For those who are already running
- Those who already run but want to join to run with like minded people

Please note that Active Women (South Liverpool) is an inclusive beginner to intermediate level running group and cannot always cater for those with advanced running ability but we can offer advise on other great running groups in the area
