This session is for Club members only but adults (age over 18) who are interested in joining can come along for a trial - contact details available on our website at www.balsallcommonrunclub.co.uk). It is aimed at those wishing to run up to 10 miles at whatever pace you are comfortable with. By booking onto this session you are confirming that you will be familiar with and will adhere to our Health & Safety Policy and measures set out in our Risk Assessment, will listen to the pre-run briefing given by the run leader and agree to follow all instructions during the run.
