Notes from the run leader

Club led run. Meet in the car park outside Kingsbrook View Primary Academy (HP22 7EE) at 6.30pm.

We have three or four runs groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.

Red group is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins (Club led run) (suitable for those doing Couch to 5k)
Orange group is about 4m/6km in about 45 mins (Social member led run)
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social member led run)
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social member led run)

On 2nd February there will be the option of a club led intervals workout.
