Social - member led run. Meet in the Walton Court Co-op car park (HP21 8TJ) at 6.30pm (not the other car park by Mandeville Surgery). (5m/8km to 6m/10km in 50 to 55 mins)
We have three runs groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes.
Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
The Orange group is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins
The Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins
The Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins
