Social - member led run. Meet at the Forge Car Park in Tring (HP23 5AG) at 6.30pm.
Parking is free after 6pm.
This is an off road group run normally with two groups of about 10km/6m (70 mins) and 7-8km/4.5-5m (60 mins).
It will be dark, so please bring a head torch.
There may be mud, hills and more, please wear shoes suitable for off road running.
