Our location run is designed to offer a little variety to our running and open up a variety of terrains for the runner to explore. It is to be hosted on the 4th Sunday of the month and will be within a few miles of our home at Swinley Forest. Details of the location and meeting point will be published on our WhatsApp group as soon as the run is planned. If you are unable to attend, we will still be running at least one of our normal runs at Swinley Forest at the same time. DO NOT book this run unless you are on our members WhatsApp group as you will not receive details of the run.
