Thursday evenings are our informal group run for all those that can run 5km already (if not, look out for our Couch to 5k courses). Everyone runs at their own pace - we use loop points throughout the run to keep everyone together! It’s a great opportunity to chat to people at all levels throughout the run. We run between 6-8 km (4-5 miles in old speak). Bag drop (changing but no showers) is available from The Fox, 17 Lower Essex Street, Birmingham B5 6SN before the run. Run starts promptly at 7pm from the Pagoda Island (what3words location: with.shorts.limbs). We do have trained and licenced guide runners in the club for visually impaired runners, but please send a message ahead of the run to ensure we have a guide in attendance that week.
