An ideal transition for C25K participants both present and past and for any runner wishing to build confidence and run comfortably over the longer distance...with so many fantastic local 10k events, it's an opportunity to shrug off any apprehension and have confidence in your ability to participate... As with C25K, there are other elemental runs to be included in this sequence of training, but the Thursday will be the group run each week... There will be a leader and running mentors mid-pack and on the tail of these runs, so it matters not about pace, it's the distance we are aiming for...
