This is a couch to 5k group that will follow a 9 week NHS couch to 5k programme. in signing up to this course you are committing yourself to running for up to 30 minutes 3 times per week. We follow a tried and tested programme but it's success can only be guaranteed by a fully committed effort to attend each session and run twice further during the week either on your own or with a running buddy.
