Notes from the run leader

Social member led run. Meet in the Watermead car park, near The Watermead Inn (HP19 0FX) at 6.30pm (5m/8km to 6m/10km 50 to 55 mins).

We have three groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run. 

Orange group is about 4m/6km  in about 45 mins (Social member led run)
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social member led run)
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social member led run)
