Social - member led run. Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 6.30pm.
We have three runs groups. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
1st December there will be an option of an intervals session for those who are interested in giving it a go.
The Orange group is suitable is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins
The Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins
The Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins
