Meet at Bedgrove Park car park HP21 9TT outside the Pavillion at 6.30pm. (3m/5km in about 40 mins).
We have three groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.
Orange group is about 3m/5km in about 40 mins (Club led run)
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins (Social member led run)
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins (Social member led run)
