Club led run. Meet at Watermead car park (HP19 0FX) at 6.30pm. (Intervals workout - everyone runs at their own pace)
The run is intervals based (sections of faster running with rests between) and will be flat tarmac footpaths.
10 min warm up
5 Sets of: 4 x 75s @ threshold (1hr race pace) (20s recovery between reps & 90s between sets
+ 1 Set of: 4 x 75s @ 5k pace (75s recovery)
10 min cool down.
In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
