Notes from the run leader

Social member led run. Meet in the car park outside Kingsbrook View Primary Academy (HP22 7EE) at 6.30pm. (5m/8km to 6m/10km in 50 to 55 mins).

We have three or four runs groups of between 3m/5km in about 40 mins and 6m/10km in 55 minutes. Faster runners are welcome and can loop back to the main group for a longer run.

Orange group is about 4m/6km in about 45 mins
Yellow group is about 5m/8km in about 50 mins
Green group is about 6m/10km in about 55 mins
