As spring emerges in Abingdon, our beginner-friendly Couch to 5K group gathers just before the town wakes. We meet at 8am each Saturday, right before Abingdon parkrun, moving to 8.45am from week 5.
Across nine easy-going weeks, supportive run leaders guide you from first steps to a confident 5K. The pace is gentle, the atmosphere warm, and the successes small at first culminating in a graduation at Abingdon parkrun. You’ll share support, learn to trust your breathing, and feel your stamina unfurl like new leaves.
No experience needed and no pressure applied. Bring your trainers, your curiosity, and your Saturday-morning self. The rest grows from there. πΏπβοΈπβοΈ
