New 6 week running course

The idea of the coaching/ running development course seems to have been well received.
:) The course is designed to help you improve your running technique, potentially build your stamina and help prevent injuries.
The sessions will run over 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 7pm in Astley Park, initially. each session will be approximately an hour long and will involve some drills and running with warm up and cool down exercises.
There are limited places and each week will build on the previous one,, so it would be best if you can attend all sessions.
One change , the Tuesday 23rd session will have to move to Monday evening 22nd at 7pm due to a diary clash I have just noticed - my apologies for this. The normal Monday evening session will still continue.
The course is free and depending on how it goes, we may run another one after the summer break .
