New 4 week coaching course

The course is designed to help you improve your running technique, potentially build your stamina and help prevent injuries. the focus in this series of sessions will be on the fundamental ABC skills of Agility, Balance and Coordination.
The sessions will run over 4 weeks on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am in Astley Park, initially. each session will be approximately an hour long and will involve some drills and running with warm up and cool down exercises.
There are limited places and each week will build on the previous one,, so it would be best if you can attend all sessions.
The course is free and open to anyone from any running group. Please spread the word to friends who may be interested.
