Sunday long (er) runs focus on distance to improve your running endurance. Join us if you want improve your 5k/10k/Half Marathon time, or if just want to improve your running form. Suitable for ALL LEVELS who can already run 2k continuously, with a particular focus on the Hackney Half Marathon on 17th May 2026. We will start with shorter distances of up to 10k, then later runs closer to Hackney Half will include an option to run further up to 20k. Our leader is qualified and insured by England Athletics, and will assist you to run further or faster for longer, with sessions to suit a mixed ability group. Most of all, we are fun and friendly! Session discounts for those who book 3 or more Sundays. And you can join with a FREE TRIAL in our first weeks until Sunday 12th April! Please book on by 6pm each Saturday, so that Kate can plan.
