Fun and varied running fitness sessions focussing on speed and strength and to improve your running fitness. Join us if you are new to running, or want to improve your 5k/10k/Half Marathon time, or if just want to improve your running form. Suitable for ALL LEVELS who can already run 1k continuously. Our leader is qualified and insured by England Athletics, and will assist you to run further or faster for longer, with sessions to suit a mixed ability group. Most of all, we are fun and friendly! Session discounts for those who book 3 or more Wednesdays. And you can join with a FREE TRIAL in our first weeks until Wednesday 15th April!
