This is our club training run aimed at improving your fitness and also your technique. It is a coached session by a UK athletics qualified coach in running fitness. The sessions are varied and may include intervals, hill repeats, progression runs etc. All abilities are welcome (as long as you can run) and we stay together in the same area. The session will also consist of a thorough warm up including drills. After the run we have our weekly social.
