A mixed distance run where we all do the same route but there are some variations where you cut the run shorter. The distance varies between 8-12k and it might include some hills. You need to be able to run at least 8k without stopping, the run starts at 6:30 pm. This run is part of our run and talk series highlighting the benefits to mental health through running.
