This 10-week running course is designed to help participants build confidence, endurance, and a lifelong love of running. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone returning to the sport, the program provides a structured, progressive approach that makes running feel enjoyable and achievable.
Each week introduces carefully planned workouts that gradually increase in intensity, combining easy runs, run-walk intervals, hills and intervals. Participants will learn practical skills such as pacing, breathing techniques, warm-ups and cool-downs.
Throughout the 10 weeks, participants are supported by a knowledgeable coach who offers guidance, motivation, and personalized tips. By the end of the course, runners can expect improved cardiovascular fitness, greater stamina, and the ability to comfortably complete a continuous run—often culminating in a celebratory 5K event or group run.
