Lead run leader

I ran once, didn't enjoy it, couldn't breathe and run, so gave up... school cross country really wasn't for me - I chose Table Tennis instead. 10 years later I found running again and ran with a friend after work for a whole summer, then gave up. In the beginning when asked what I did to keep fit, I would say "I run a bit, but I'm not a real runner". Two children and 10 years later I re-discovered running and have endeavored to run regularly, either on my own or with friends, ever since. I am not a natural runner (do they exist?) but I enjoy the buzz at the end, when I catch my breath and revel in the achievement of simply running! I run, therefore I am a runner!
