Huge congratulations to Tiffany Hicks who took part in the 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP today. The half ironman world championship includes a 1.2 mile Lake swim, 56 mile bike ride, 13.1 mile run. 
Tiffany completed all disciplines in 6h 44m 04s.  She's climbed to these dizzy heights from joining Jenny's LTR group approximately 10 years ago.

That is all so true. It all started out with Jenny's  learn to run course all those  years ago. What Jenny taught me was to "Start easy and build'.
