Run Leader guided activities on the athletics track at the Meres Stadium on Wednesdays, run by Grantham Athletic Club. This session is a GRC run but there are GAC endurance coaches present. Members run at their own risk and agree to adhere to GAC’s terms and conditions by participating. Sessions are from 7-8pm.
These sessions will be suitable for everyone so please come along
The Cost of the sessions are £5 payable to GAC on entry to cover floodlight costs
