A new 10 week Couch 2 5K course is starting on Wednesday 9th January at 7.30pm. The course is aimed at the beginner or if you are returning to running after injury or illness, we follow a weekly programme which we will build on each week. You will be expected to complete 2 homework runs each week to help with your progression.
