Couch to 5K is a 12-week jogging course. Meet inside the reception area at Oak Park Active Living Centre. Please note these sessions follow the NHS Couch to 5k plan (however we have extended our programme to 12 weeks to make it easier to complete) therefore we recommend people attend the full 12 weeks.
