Hill Reps on Cartland Road 🌿🏃♀️🏃♂️ A welcoming interval-style session suitable for all running abilities. We train on a self-contained grass reservation along Cartland Road, alternating uphill efforts with downhill recovery—run up, recover down. You set the challenge: Within the structure of the session, you choose your pace and your recovery—whether that’s a slow jog or a walk. We’ll take a short break midway through, and the full session lasts just over 50 minutes. We’ll start with a warm-up and finish with a good s-t-r-e-t-c-h to help you wind down. Footwear: Road or trail shoes are both suitable. Visibility: Please wear fluorescent or reflective clothing.
