10k 'Winter' run from Colmore School (Grove Lane entrance) around Kings Heath and Moseley. Please note that this is for runners able to sustain 9:30-10:30 min mile pace over a 10km distance. Hi-vis MUST be worn by all runners. We share the pavements with pedestrians, dog walkers and others - please take care, especially when crossing roads, and run with courtesy.
