New to running or starting back after a break? Free 10 week beginners course meeting every Wednesday night outside the entrance to Chesterton Sports Centre.
The aim is by the end of the 10 week plan to be able to maintain 30 minutes of continuous running.
Week 1 of the plan is January 7th, week 2 of the plan is 14th Jan etc. Please note, new starters must join by week 2 (14th January) and over 16's only.
