NB - The minimum age to attend our sessions is 16. Our Steady Run is suitable for women who can run for 30 minutes, either continuously or with short walking breaks. If you’ve completed one of our beginners’ programmes, or you’re already running and you’re looking for some like-minded company, the Steady run is for you. Each week we will choose an approximately 5 km route. Some of these routes are out and back, so it’s possible to extend or cut short the run if required. We will always have a tail runner at the back, so no one is ever left behind. New runners are welcome to join the Steady Run at any time of year. We meet outside Duxford Community centre for a 9.15 am warm-up.
