Notes from the run leader

NB - The minimum age to attend our sessions is 16. Our Steady Run is suitable for women who are already able to run for 30 minutes continuously. If you’ve completed a beginners programmes, you’ve done Couch to 5k independently or you’ve been running for years and you’re looking for some like-minded company, the Let’s Run Girls Steady Run is a good option for you. Steady Runs tend to last for at least 30 minutes. Different members of the group might cover different distances in the same session, depending on how the Run Leaders manage the session. For example, in a 30 minute out and back route, some runners could cover close to 6km whereas others could be less than 5km. New runners are welcome to join the Steady Run at any time of year. We meet at The Racing Centre on Sunday at 08:30
