NB - The minimum age to attend our sessions is 16. Want to get the cardiovascular benefit of running but don't want the impact? Power walking might be just the thing for you. Join the group for a 45 minute cardio-based walking workout. The aim is to raise your heart rate, so it won't be a leisurely stroll. The power walking group will be led by qualified Run Leaders who have many years of experience supporting women to get into running. We understand that running might not be for everyone and we are excited to offer this lower impact option for ladies looking to get active with the support and encouragement of a friendly group. New walkers are welcome to join our group at any time of year. We meet The Racing Centre on Monday at 18:00
