NB - The minimum age to attend our sessions is 16. Our Steady Run is suitable for women who can run for 30 minutes, either continuously or with short walking breaks. If you’ve completed one of our beginners’ programmes, or you’re already running and you’re looking for some like-minded company, the Steady run is for you. Each week we will choose an approximately 5 km route, starting at the Greyhound. Some of these routes are out and back, so it’s possible to extend or cut short the run if required. We will always have a tail runner at the back, so no one is ever left behind. New runners are welcome to join the Steady Run at any time of year. We meet at the Greyhound’s carpark every Saturday morning at 7.30 am. Walkers are always welcome on Saturdays = please let us know in the WhatsApp group or by email if you'd like to walk so we can make sure that we pick a suitable route. Walkers may be supported by a Run Leader, or by another experienced LRG member.
