The Wednesday evening group will be moving onto the second half of winter with the focus on building their base fitness. The focus on this training cycle will be to build the distance each runner can travel within the hour session. The sessions will be adjusted to each individual runner's current level of fitness. Open to ladies 18 years and above. Please note there will be no credits/refunds for any session cancelled within 24 hours of the start of that session. Ladies can either book for the full term (please message me separately for this as I can offer a discount) or on a weekly basis using this booking page.
