The Saturday run group is now moving into the 2nd half of Winter training with the emphasis to continue to build their base level of fitness. This training cycle will cover 6 weeks of interval training using either time based or distanced based runs with set walk recoveries. Pacing for these intervals will be set to each indiviual runner, so that they can work within their current level of fitness. Open to ladies 18 years and above. Please note there are no credits/refunds for any session cancelled within 24 hours of the start of that session. Ladies can either book for the whole term (please message me separatley for this as I can offer a discount) or on a weekly basis through this booking page.
