The Monday group are now moving into the winter months and this is an ideal time to build their base level of fitness. This training cycle will give each runner the chance to build on the distance and/or time they can cover as a continuous run and they will each set what they would like to achieve at the beginning of the cycle. This can then be used as the baseline test for the end of the cycle to see how they have improved. Open to ladies 18 years and above. Please note there are no refunds/credits for any session cancelled with 24 hours of the start of that session.
