The Wednesday morning group will be focusing on their pacing for the 10km events that are coming up. Their current time for the 10km will be used to set the levels of pacing they need to practice in order to have the confidence and tactical knowledge to compete at this distance. Open to ladies 18 years and above. Please note there are no credits/refunds for any session cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the session. Ladies can either book the whole term (please message me separately for this as I can offer a discout) or on a weekly basis through this booking page.
