The groups are now heading into the start of the summer term and each year the Saturday group have a chance to mix up their training with a mystery element. In the past they have had off road routes, played school games from their past through to picking the session out of a hat!! The idea behind this is to freshen up their training after a winter of building distance into their running and to add a new element to their skills. That's all I can say as otherwise it won't be a mystery.

Open to ladies 18 years and above. Please note there are no refunds/credits for any session cancelled with 24 hours of the start of that session.
