We offer a weekly session designed to work on your speed with slightly different sessions each week. This is all relative so it doesn't matter if you've new to running or you've been running for years.
The intervals are generally based upon time (rather than distance) so that everyone gets benefit from the session. And every 4 weeks we do a strength and conditioning based session called Oregon Circuits.
The sessions are designed to be fun and available to all Marple Runners club member.
