Come join the Move,Walk, Run! Summer event, with a distance for everyone. *For anyone who is currently running with us*. Pick your distance from 10k, half marathon, 20miles or a marathon. Start times tbc from 8am. All runs will start and finish at the Swan pub. A training plan will be provided for all runners, and Zoom planning meetings to help everyone prepare for their challenge. One cost applies whichever distance you choose (and you can decide nearer the time what you are going for). Entry price INCLUDES the BBQ summer party at the end where the Swan will lay on BBQ/ buffet at the end for our MWR summer party. Water and some nutrition will be provided at each distance transition. This is a relaxed group run and we stick together - however, you will need to train and be ready for the distance you choose! *NB cancellations within 2 months of this run are still chargeable to cover costs, and allow another to join and train in time*.
