Off Road session - Hilly. For all gears. Between 3 and 6 miles depending on gear. Compulsory: head/chest torch. Strongly Advised: Reflectives/Hi-Vis. Advised: off-road/trail shoes. With leaders Tim Woolley, Agnes Lemaigre, Allison Williment, Richard Osterloh, Roger Rae.
Runners from higher gears are welcome to join in with lower gear sessions, but be aware you may end up running more slowly than usual, looping back or waiting, which is how we, as a club, operate for inclusivity.
