Off Road session - Some hills. For all gears. Between 5 and 6 miles depending on gear. Compulsory: head/chest torch,off-road/trail shoes. Strongly Advised: Reflectives/Hi-Vis. With leaders Graham Simmons, Judith Simmons, Phillip Hockley, Sandi Latimer, Steven Oglesby, Warren Jackson.
Runners from higher gears are welcome to join in with lower gear sessions, but be aware you may end up running more slowly than usual, looping back or waiting, which is how we, as a club, operate for inclusivity.
