On Road session - Some hills. For all gears. Note that the main session includes a 1 mile warm up run into town from the club and 1 mile cool down. An alternative session will be available on the night if you'd rather not include that distance - just let the leaders know on the night. Between 3 and 5 miles depending on gear. Runners from higher gears are welcome to join in with lower gear sessions, but be aware you may end up running more slowly than usual, looping back or waiting, which is how we, as a club, operate for inclusivity.
