Off Road session - Hilly. For all gears. Between 3 and 6 miles depending on gear. Strongly Advised: Reflectives/Hi-Vis. Advised: head/chest torch,off-road/trail shoes. With leaders Tim Woolley, Agnes Lemaigre, Allison Williment, Richard Osterloh, Roger Rae, Steve Yates.
Runners from higher gears are welcome to join in with lower gear sessions, but be aware you may end up running more slowly than usual, looping back or waiting, which is how we, as a club, operate for inclusivity.
