Rise & Run - Sunday Social, in collaboration with Rise & Bun Margate. This club run will be followed by a social gathering held at Rise & Bun at 10:00AM for buns, refreshments and good vibes; with an exclusive OverRun member discount! This run will be led by our club founder and run leader, Harry and does not have a specific route as this will be decided on the day. It is important you stick with the run leader at all times ensuring nobody gets left behind. To ensure the safety of our club and to keep the group together, we will be running and ''looping back'' during this run. Runners at the front and middle of the group will turn and return behind the back marker of the group. We will loop back approximately every 1.5km.
