I love helping people to improve their running skills… I also have a licence to guide blind people I am the other half of coach Neil Williams ( #Team Williams 😁) Within the 9yrs I first started off as a leader in a local running club and progressed into a coach assistant. Now I'm an athletics coach. My reward is to see people progress and achieve their goals in life. 😁💪👊
