Red Rose Road Runners is THE friendly running club for Preston and South Ribble. Our training runs are primarily for members but non members are welcome to come along and try us. Members can book as many runs as they like and non -members can sign up and enjoy 3 runs with us then hopefully join the club. TO HELP MANAGE RUNS WE ARE STILL LIMITING OUR RUNNING TO GROUPS OF 30 , ONE OF WHICH MUST BE A QUALIFIED RUN LEADER We meet at various times during the week and for the latest information and for booking details it's best to check our Facebook page - RedRoseRoadRunners PRESTON. Routes vary in length but are usually between 4 and 10 miles. No one gets left behind as all ages and abilities are catered for.. all ask is that you can run at least 5k. They are friendly, social runs so be prepared to talk!
