Notes from the run leader

Club led run. Meet at Wendover Library car park (HP22 6DU) at 7.10pm (please note later meet time as parking is free from 7pm).

The run will be a hills workout consisting of a mixture of running up and down hill on pavements

Warm up - 10 mins easy

6 x up to 800m up hill with recoveries back down

Cool down - 10 mins easy

In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
